As an approved Empowerdance ELEVATE Program provider you will have guaranteed student retention while gaining credibility and depth to your school.

Your students will study a National Qualification in dance by attending all of their theory sessions in the Empowerdance live online classroom, with our chief trainers and assessors. Their practical hours are signed off in their dance classes at a studio of their choosing, or in classes you facilitate.

Students submit all of their work directly to Empowerdance for assessment through a reliable online portal. Upon successful completion of their course, your students will receive an Empowerdance compliant Nationally Recognised Certificate & Record of Results .

STUDENT COMMITMENT – THEORY | ACADEMIC

 The CUA10120 Certificate I In Dance students will attend live online theory classes 1 hours per week over 25 weeks.

The CUA20120 Certificate II In Dance students will attend live online theory classes 1 hours per week over 30 weeks.

The CUA30120 Certificate III In Dance students will attend live online theory classes that will run for 2 hours per week over 45 weeks.

The CUA30320 Certificate III In Assistant Dance Teaching students will attend live online theory classes that will run for 1.5 hours per week over 45 weeks.

The CUA40320 Certificate IV in Dance Teaching and Management students will attend live online theory classes 3 hours per week over 45 weeks

DELIVERY

All ELEVATE theory classes are delivered by our Empowerdance trainers and assessors to students via an online classroom platform.

All theory assessments are uploaded and completed through our online portal, Cloud Assess which students will have access to using their own log in.

For some Certificates, students will need to work alongside a dance teacher either in your school or in their studio to gain valuable experience for some of their student teaching and teaching units. These teachers will become their mentors, giving them one-on-one training and coaching, creating an invaluable experience, with the goal to strengthen their confidence for years to come. 

Students will also work alongside their peers for group assessments, which may require them to have access to WIFI so they can access their online learning portal or other websites to help them in their studies.

STUDENT COMMITMENT – PRACTICAL

Students will choose their practical units that are then completed in either your school during their school schedule, or in their own time at their own dance studio outside of school hours. The electives/styles they choose will determine how many hours they are required to complete as a part of their Certification.

Students are assessed in a performance setting within their annual dance performance, or competition routines.

ELEVATE FEES- SENIOR SCHOOL

Schools pay an annual 12 Month ELEVATE Fee.

All ELEVATE students are invoiced by Empowerdance directly and Payment is made by the student via payment plan or direct transfer.

Empowerdance invoices your students directly. You then charge them for their practical classes.
