STUDENT COMMITMENT – PRACTICAL

Students choose their practical units that are then completed in the home studio during the regular after school/weekend schedule. There is no need to put on extra classes to accommodate your ELEVATE students. The electives/styles they choose will determine how many hours they are required to complete as a part of their Certification.

Students are assessed in a performance setting within your annual dance performance, or you may choose to feature them in a dedicated showcase.

STUDENT COMMITMENT – THEORY /ACADEMIC

All theory units in the ELEVATE program National Qualifications are run online in small class sizes of no more than 20 students. All theory/academic classes are delivered by our Empowerdance Trainers via an online classroom. The student then completes their practical elements in your studio.

ELEVATE FEES

All ELEVATE students are invoiced by Empowerdance and Payment is made by the student via payment plan or direct transfer.

Empowerdance invoices your students directly. You then charge them for their practical classes.

To become an ELEVATE approved provider, you must pay an annual fee which allows you to advertise the ELEVATE program to your community. This fee also gives you all your ELEVATE marketing materials, and unlimited access to our team for support in building your program.

These fees are available upon application

RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING (RPL)

In some cases students may be able to apply for RPL if they have previously achieved the learning outcomes for an accredited unit through Nationally Recognised Training. Empowerdance will offer RPL for all units where there is enough evidence to support the application.

The availability of RPL will depend on the students experience, qualifications and evidence as well as relevant training package guidelines.

Students will be informed in writing with the results of the RPL application prior to the commencement of the relevant course session.
